Recognizing that nationally the current ratio of students to school counselors is 415:1, the best way for students to succeed is through valuable individualized time with a professional, experienced educational consultant to assist them during their journey. Currently, the average public school student receives 38 minutes of college counseling during their four year high school tenure.  We know that in order to thrive, students need more time and quality mentorship than can be provided by a public school counselor.  Public school counselors are experts in their field and want to help our students, but are stretched thin by time and budgetary constraints.  Working with a trained and experienced educational consultant can make a tremendous difference in your child's journey to success.

LEAP offers professional, ethical assistance in three critical areas pertaining to education: 

     1. Assisting students with the college admissions process (choosing a career path, choosing which colleges to apply to, and navigating the process)

     2. Mentoring high school students who struggle and want to do better (through goal setting, study habits, and development of a growth mindset)

     3. Helping families of special needs students navigate the special education system (understanding IEP's, 504 Plans, Testing, and Implementation)
